The Office of Academic Technologies (OAT) federates the activities of twelve units working together to provide academic technology services that support the goals of Educating Illinois and enhance the purpose of technology for teaching, learning, research and creative activity, and service outreach.
One of the overarching Goals of OAT is to strengthen the collective voice for academic technology needs of units in the Division of Academic Affairs. Toward that end, this Report on the Academic Priorities for Technology Enhancements seeks to summarize and prioritize those needs.

Maintenance has been scheduled for compellent storage during the following time slots:
Monday, April 14, 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Julian Hall)
Wednesday, April 16, 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Stevenson Hall)
The maintenance will be non-disruptive, but there will be reduced redundancy for the following services during the maintenance period:
Maintenance has been scheduled for Appointment Manager on Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. During this time Appointment Manager will be unavailable.
One of the three circuits to the mainframe will be unavailable for maintenance on Thursday, April 17th, 2014 from 11:00 p.m. until Friday, April 18th, 2014 at 5:00 a.m. No service degradation is expected. All jobs will process as scheduled.
College of Business (CoB) has scheduled maintenance for several CoB resources on Friday, April 18, 2014 between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. During this time the following resources will be unavailable:
ISU Facilities has scheduled a partial power outage for Hovey Hall on Saturday May 10th and Sunday May 11th. This outage is expected to effect the west side of Hovey Hall only and will last all day Saturday and all day Sunday with power being restored Sunday evening. During this outage network services will be unavailable from this location.
