
Faculty and staff may utilize media streaming services to post audio or video content to their website, blog, or Blackboard course. They may also utilize the University's presence on iTunes U to distribute their audio or video (podcast) content through the iTunes store.
Faculty and staff may utilize the media streaming services and iTunes U to post content. All members may view the content available through these services.
To request access to the media streaming services, visit helpdesk.illinoisstate.edu/support. To request access to upload content to iTunes U, faculty and staff should contact their local technical support staff.
There is no charge to utilize the media streaming services or iTunes U.
The media streaming services are generally available 24 x 7 x 365. Periodic maintenance is necessary and outages are announced and scheduled as far in advance as possible. iTunes U is hosted on Apple's servers as part of the iTunes Store. It is generally available 24 x 7 x 365, but the University has no control over its availability.
