Mass Emailing

Summary

Approved mass emails may be sent to all or part of the ISU community. Mass emails are generally defined as a single message sent to 100 or more recipients, and all mass emails must comply with the Mass Electronic Communications Policy. Most officially approved mass emails are sent using the official listservs for campus constituencies: ISUSTUDENTS-L, FACULTY-L, CS-L and AP-L.

Features

  • Sent according to the sender's wishes - most aspects of the mailing are fully configurable
  • Sent with official mass email footer and style to signal to recipients that the message is legitimate

  • Checked against current survey pool recipients (surveys only)
