
Computer Infrastructure Support Services (CISS) provides full service, in-person technical support to staff in the Campus Technology Support Group (CTSG), the Provost's Office, and the President's Office.
This service is available to staff in CTSG, the Provost's Office and the President's Office.
Other departments on campus have their own workstation support staff to provide similar services to staff in their areas.

There is no charge associated with this service.
Support is available during regular University working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm), and after hours as appropriate.
